What payment options do you have?
We accept payment from all major credit cards. All credit card orders are process securely using PayPal. PayPal is a method for online purchases that allows users to send and receive money online. Paypal offers a fast,safe and easy method of payment without disclosing your credit card or other financial information to the merchant.

Do I need to have a PayPal account?
No, you can pay by credit cards without having a PayPal account. When you are redirected to the PayPal payment page, you will be presented with two options:
(1) Pay as a guest (shown on the lower right hand side of page), and
(2) Log in to your existing PayPal account. Just click on the link on the bottom right to pay by credit cards.
Are your prices in Singapore Dollars ( SGD) ?
All prices are in Singapore dollars.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes all our prices and delivery charges include goods and servies tax of 7%.
How do I know my order went through properly?
After you complete your order, and the order is successfully submitted you will see a confirmation screen showing your order number. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order which includes your order number as well as a list of items contained in your order.
Am i able to track my order?
Yes, we will send you an confirmation email with the tracking number once the items has been dispatched.
Can i self collect my item?
Yes, we are happy to arrange for you to come by our Raffles City Mall outlet at #03-07A Raffles City Shopping Centre, 252 North Bridge Road, Singapore 179103 from 10:30 am until 9:30 pm. Please call our office 6100 0308 or drop us an email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed the same day or next business day. All items are delivered by Ta-q-bin the day after your order is process, within 1 – 3 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.
When do you deliver?
Our regular delivery schedule will be from Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm. All deliveries are sent with registered couriers and must be signed for at the time of delivery. It is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
What are your delivery charges?
Courier delivery charges will be added on the payment page. Charges are dependent on size and weight. For majority of orders less than 25kg and size L+W+H) of 60cm, we charge a flat fee of $7.00. We offer free courier delivery on all orders $50.00 and above.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we only ship within Singapore. Please email us at email@example.com for international shipping cost.
What happens if my items arrive damaged?
We take great care to ensure your package is properly packaged as to prevent damage. In the unlikely event your product arrives damaged, we will be happy to replace it for you. Can i change or cancel my order?
Online orders will be processed immediately upon payment. Therefore changes to or cancellations of orders are not possible. Please check your order carefully before submitting.
What is your exchange policy?
For incorrect or defective items shipped, we have a 7 days exchange policy upon receipt of order by the customer, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Item must be in their original purchase condition. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not been yet dispatched. Please call us immediately +65 6100 0308 if you wish to change your delivery address.
I am having difficulty using my discount code/gift voucher
At the bottom of our “shopping cart” page, please ensure that you are entering the correct code into the discount code or voucher field, click Add . Can I be notified if I wanted an out of stock item?
If you would like to order an item that is currently out of stock, you can either email us at firstname.lastname@example.org , or on the OUT OF STOCK product image on the right side you will see PRODUCT ENQUIRY click on the that tab to leave your message. Both methods you will be placed on our reservation list and contacted as soon as the product arrives fresh from Phuket.
